INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup green chutney or any mint /coriander /cilantro chutney
- Salt and pepper as per preference
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 cup shredded cheese Mozeralla or cheddar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup finely chopped veggies of your choice (boiled corns,capsicum, carrot, cucumber, chillies, cabbage etc)
- 1/4 cup butter
- Tomato catchup for servings
INSTRUCTIONS -
- Take a bowl, add the veggies into it.
- Add some pinch of salt and pepper into the veggies mix them well.
- Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to the mixture, mix them well.
- Grease some butter on the bread slices.
- Add a top layer of green chutney or any mint chutney you are using.
- Now add a layer of the mayo veggie mixture on the bread slices, sprinkle some pepper and grated cheese on top.
- Put the bread slices together, add a layer of mayonnaise on the top slice of bread add cheese generously.
- Heat up the utensils your are using (tawa ,griller ).
- Grease it up with some butter, put the bread slices into the pan.
- cook them until the cheese melts.
- After the cheese gets melt, take the sandwich out,sprinkle some cheese on top add chilli flakes and oregano on top for the garnish.
- serve it hot and cheesy with some mayonnaise or tomato catchup.
